Siren Sound was made in celebration of Aslan Seattle’s three year anniversary! The Seattle team wanted to brew and blend a low ABV saison that reflected the salty sea air of the Puget Sound and the refined culture of the city. We chose some mixed fermented saison from just a couple of barrels in the back of the Depot. What we found extra exciting was the particular sea salt character of one of the barrels, exactly what we were envisioning! What we ended up with was an easy-drinking petite saison with an oaky character, mild salinity, and a tart finish.
