Rosé Sauvage is a rosé champagne-inspired beer with a fruity twist. This exceptionally drinkable beer was fermented on over 300 lbs of raspberry puree with a blend of our house ale yeast and a phenolic Belgian saison yeast. The drying carbonation accentuates the faintly tart berry and wine-inspired flavors. This beer leaves us longing for those brisk spring evenings sharing a pint with friends on a sun-drenched patio!
