In 2019, Westland Distillery approached us to put our Frances Farmer Saison in freshly emptied peated whiskey barrels. After resting in the barrels for two years, the beer was finally ready to be packaged. After conditioning in bottles for eight months, this beer presents a punchy lemon acidity and rich, peaty funk with a smooth body tying it all together.
