Our ode to summer is a traditional German Hefeweizen that has been double decocted for a deeper malt profile. Traditional German yeast is paired with noble hops, creating an expressive bouquet of lemon, herbs, clove, and tropical banana. This beer finishes with a lightly prickling carbonation that dries the palate and encourages another sip. Cheers to summer!
