What’s brewing at Aslan?

NEW HAPPENINGS

  • Sauvage

    Biere Brut

light body + citrus + effervescent

    5.0% ABV

Sauvage is more than a beer, it’s a celebration. Pop a bottle for champagne-like bubbles that invigorate your taste buds. The crisp pilsner malt and a burst of lemon that follow remind you that there really is a beer for every occasion. Like every holiday beverage we love, Sauvage pairs best with cranberry sauce, twinkle lights, and loved ones.

  • Organic Dunkel

chocolate + nutty + cherry cola

    5.2% ABV

This German-style brown lager has beautiful aromas of brown bread, cherry cola, and toffee. The richness from the Munich malt brings with it a rich medium body that carries flavors of macadamia nuts, fresh espresso, and molasses. While boasting bold flavors and aromas, this beer is exceptionally drinkable and pleasantly smooth.

  • Crossing Columbia

    tangerine + floral + refreshing

    6.7% ABV

    Collaboration with Upstanding Distribution

We are so stoked to be back and available in the Oregon market, so much so that we decided to make a beer with our pals at Upstanding Distribution. Crossing Columbia uses heavy doses of Cascade and Mandarina Bavaria to create a floral and citrus bouquet with a hint of pine sap. The additions of Citra and Mosaic bring balance with a wave of sweet pineapple and mango. This IPA is balanced, bitter, and smooth. Perfect for these crisp fall days. Available in OR through Upstanding and only available in WA at our Aslan locations.

Aslan Brewing has been grounded in organic from the beginning, but we’re not stopping where we started. Organic is the essential ingredient in both our brews and our community. With these elevated agricultural standards in place, we are not only protecting the health of the crop and the raw ingredients with which we brew, but also the health of the farmers working in the fields, other non-target species, and the end consumer...YOU!
